How do I know a time is really free?

The app only shows free times based on the business hours, its team, breaks and the appointments already booked. When you confirm, the server checks again so two people can’t book the same time.

Can I choose who serves me?

Yes. Pick a professional from the team or “Anyone” to take the first available.

How much does it cost for businesses?

Hourvelle doesn’t charge businesses yet. Before any amount is charged, the price and conditions will be published and your acceptance requested.

Do I need a team to use it?

No. If you work alone, your agenda works the same. With a team, each professional has their own services, hours, breaks and vacations.
