Terms and conditions
The rules for using Hourvelle as a client or as a business.
The service
Hourvelle is an app for booking appointments with service businesses, operated by PENDING: legal name of the operator. Hourvelle does not provide the booked services: each business is responsible for its services, prices, hours and customer care.
Your account
- You must provide real information and keep your password secret.
- You are responsible for what is done with your account.
- You can delete it at any time from the app.
Bookings
- A confirmed booking reserves the time with the business. The system does not allow two bookings for the same time and professional.
- You can cancel or reschedule from My appointments before the appointment starts, subject to the business's cancellation policy.
- The business can also cancel or move an appointment; we will notify you when that happens.
- Each business sets its prices. You pay the business directly; Hourvelle does not charge clients.
- To prevent abuse there is a limit on upcoming appointments per account, and businesses can block clients.
Content and conduct
Reviews and other content must follow the Community guidelines. We may hide content and suspend accounts that break them.
Businesses
If you use Hourvelle as a business, the Business rules also apply. Business subscriptions have no cost yet; before any amount is charged, the price and conditions will be published and your acceptance requested.
Availability
We work to keep Hourvelle running, but there may be interruptions or errors. The times shown depend on the information businesses enter.
