Privacy policy
What data Hourvelle stores, why, who it is shared with and how you can download or delete it.
Who is responsible
Hourvelle is operated by PENDING: legal name of the operator, located at PENDING: registered address. For any privacy matter write to PENDING: privacy email.
Data we store
- Account: email, name, phone, account type (client or business) and, if you add one, your profile photo.
- Appointments: business, service, professional, date and time, displayed price, status and time changes.
- Content you publish: reviews and business replies.
- Preferences: language, favorites, waitlists and notification preferences.
- Device: your phone's notification identifier, only if you agree to receive notifications.
- Businesses: name, description, address, contact details, photos, services, prices, hours, team and the appointments they receive.
- Content reports you send and moderation decisions about your account.
Why we use it
- To create your account and sign you in.
- To show businesses, calculate available times and manage bookings, changes and cancellations.
- To send confirmations, reminders and the notices you chose to receive.
- To prevent abuse: booking limits, client blocks by businesses and moderation of reported content.
Who sees what
A business sees your name, phone and the appointments you book with it. It does not see your appointments with other businesses or your email.
Reviews are published with your first name. Your profile photo is private: only you can see it.
Providers that process data for us
We do not sell personal data or show ads. PENDING: confirm this business commitment
- Supabase: database, authentication and photo storage. Server region: PENDING: Supabase project region.
- Expo (push notification service): receives the device identifier and the notice text to deliver it.
- Apple and Google: only if you choose to sign in with them.
How long we keep it
While your account exists. When you delete it, your data is removed from the database at that moment.
Backups: PENDING: backup retention period according to the Supabase plan.
Appointments you made with a business are deleted together with your account.
Your rights
- View and correct your data in Profile → Edit personal details.
- Download a copy in Profile → Privacy & data → Download my data.
- Delete your account in Profile → Delete account.
- For any other request write to PENDING: privacy email.
Security
Passwords are handled by Supabase's authentication service; Hourvelle cannot see them. The app connects over HTTPS and each account can only read the data that belongs to it. No system is infallible: if you find a problem, let us know.
Minors
Minimum age to use Hourvelle: PENDING: minimum age set by the operator.
Changes
We will publish any change here with its update date.
