What can be published on Hourvelle and how we moderate.
Preliminary document pending legal review. Items marked PENDING will be completed before launch.
Reviews
- Only someone who had a completed appointment with the business can review it, once per appointment.
- Describe your real experience with the service.
- Businesses can reply publicly to each review.
Not allowed
- Insults, harassment, threats or discrimination.
- Sexual, violent or illegal content.
- Spam, advertising or misleading links.
- False information or reviews in exchange for something.
- Other people's personal data.
Report
Tap Report on a review or on a business profile and choose the reason. The author will not know who reported it.
What we do
- We review reports and may hide a review, unpublish a business or suspend an account.
- A suspended account cannot book or post reviews.
- If you think a decision is a mistake, write to PENDING: support email.
