Cancel or reschedule

• From My appointments you can cancel or pick another free time before the appointment starts.
• Each business can publish its own cancellation policy; you will see it on its profile before booking.
• If the business cancels or moves your appointment, you will receive a notice.

Payments and refunds

Hourvelle does not charge clients or store cards. If you paid anything, you paid the business directly, and any refund is handled with it.

Business subscriptions: no cost yet. Cancellation and refund conditions will be published before charging. PENDING: subscription refund policy and payment provider
