Account and data deletion

From the app

• Open Profile → Delete account.
• Type DELETE to confirm.
• Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

What is deleted

• Your profile, email, name, phone and profile photo.
• Your appointments, reviews, favorites, waitlists, reports you sent and notifications.
• If you have a business: the business, its photos, services, hours, team and appointment history.

Before deleting a business

If your business has upcoming confirmed appointments, cancel them first from the agenda so your clients are notified.

Without access to the app

Write to PENDING: support email from your account email asking for deletion. PENDING: response time for deletion requests

Backups

PENDING: time until deleted data leaves backups

You can download a copy of your data in Profile → Privacy & data.
