Business rules
What is expected from businesses that receive bookings on Hourvelle.
Preliminary document pending legal review. Items marked PENDING will be completed before launch.
Accurate information
- Publish your real name, address, services, prices and hours and keep them up to date.
- Photos must be of your business and you must have the right to use them.
Bookings
- Honor confirmed appointments. If you need to cancel or move one, do it from the agenda so the client is notified.
- You can't book your own business from the client app; use manual booking.
- You can block a client who abuses the service; their current appointments do not change.
Client data
Use your clients' name and phone only to manage their appointments. Do not use them for advertising without permission or share them with third parties.
Reviews
You may reply to reviews respectfully. Do not offer anything in exchange for reviews.
Subscription
Hourvelle doesn't charge businesses yet. PENDING: subscription plans, price and conditions
